My Own Claude Code Workspace Setup

Claude can remember things now but memory that accumulates isn't the same as context built with intention.

This workspace is the intention.

You decide what Claude knows: who you are, what you're building, how you and/or your team works, what terminology matters in your domain. You write it once, in the right structure, and it compounds. Every session builds on a foundation you control. You're not hoping Claude remembered the right things from last week. You put the right things there on purpose.

And if you work with a team, the whole team works from the same context. Same understanding of what you're building, same terminology, same baseline. No one starts from scratch.

This isn't a tutorial.

It's my actual working setup built from 50+ real use cases, packed with things I use daily (skills, agents, frameworks, templates, design systems...) at work and at home.
